In a future America divided into quadrants, a power-hungry corporation, Alpire, has taken over the conventional prison complex and replaced it with a vicious new system. Criminals are the new law enforcers that carry out all forms of capital punishment to regain their place in society. Sawyer, a former activist and recent widower, plans a renegade mission of revenge that will topple Alpire for good.
